What is the platform fee, and why is it included?
A small platform fee is added to voluntary gifts to cover essential operational costs, including payment processing, live mapping, database storage, and infrastructure.
How much of my gift goes to the driver?
100% of your designated Driver Gift goes directly to the departing driver who helped you. The separate platform fee covers the external costs required to process the transaction safely.
How are payment transactions secured?
Financial transactions are powered by Stripe. Super Parker never stores your credit card details or sensitive payment data on its servers.

Founded by Eric Thongkham to make street parking effortless.
I have personally experienced the daily frustration of circling blocks in Oahu, from Honolulu, Makiki, Kalihi, and Moanalua High to the dense student hubs around UH Mānoa and Waikiki, and now in Phoenix. That lived experience gives Super Parker real domain expertise no market research report can duplicate.
I chose this problem because I have spent over 15 minutes roaming streets, walked 15 minutes back home, and forgotten where I parked. I understand the mental loop drivers go through: the stress of leaving a space, the fear of losing a spot, and the willingness to coordinate when the tool makes it easy.
